These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Rosie, including the Rosie website, account features, resource navigation tools, and SMS messaging. By using Rosie, you agree to these terms.

Rosie Services

Rosie provides resource navigation and service discovery support. Rosie may help users find local organizations, benefits, programs, or support options, but Rosie does not guarantee availability, eligibility, acceptance, outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party organization data.

SMS Program Terms

By providing your phone number, texting Rosie, or otherwise opting into Rosie text messages, you consent to receive conversational, informational, and service-related SMS messages from Rosie at the mobile number provided.

• Message frequency varies based on your requests and interactions.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from Rosie text messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact support@rosie.fyi.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Rosie, interfere with service operations, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or use Rosie to send unwanted or unlawful messages.

Privacy

Rosie handles personal information according to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how Rosie collects, uses, protects, and retains information, including mobile information and SMS consent records.

Third-Party Services

Rosie may link to or reference third-party organizations and services. Those organizations are responsible for their own programs, eligibility decisions, service availability, websites, policies, and communications.

Changes

Rosie may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Rosie after updates means you accept the updated terms.
